Plastics thermoforming is widely used in the manufacturing sector due to its flexibility and efficiency. This production technology is applied in various industries, from food industry to car manufacturing. We perform vacuum forming to produce products that are used in:

  • Car protection, tuning;

  • Bulk advertising;

  • Architectural details;

  • Advertising production;

  • Production of packaging, containers, dishes;

  • Device manufacturing and other industries.

Vacuum Forming Methods

We form various sheet plastics (ABS, PS, PMMA, SAN, PLEXIGLASS, PETG, PET, PE, HDPE, PP, etc.). Plastics thermoforming can be performed with different technologies:

  • Hot bending - suitable for almost all plastics. When bending in this way, the places of desired bending are heated. When a certain temperature is reached, the plastic is bent and after it cools, it remains formed;

  • Cold bending - only a few types of plastics can be bent in this way. Cold bending is done in a similar way to bending metal or tin;

  • Thermoforming is the forming of plastic by a vacuum. Thermoforming is done by placing heated sheet plastic on a pre-prepared mold and vacuuming out air. In this way, the plastic wraps around the mold and after cooling it remains in the same configuration as the mold itself.

Also, we can offer plastic molding with press. As well, we also do plastic turning.
